The below tuition has been set forth by Heads Up Barber Academics of North Carolina (HUBA) for potential students to gain the knowledge and skills needed to pass the North Carolina Board of Barber Licensing Exam, thereby equipping the student for the professional workplace. Students are required to complete 1528 classroom hours, pass a written and practical exam to be issued a license.
